This restaurant is excellent!!! I am just on line to see if they sell gift certificates. You have to try a bottle of their plum wine with your meal it is delicious and if you don't drink it all you can take it home.

If Shanghai should pick up and leave, I would cry! It's my favorite of all restaurants in Chesterfield. I love the food, service and the family.

I have been a patron of this restaurant for many years...way back to when it was called something else. The name changed but the food remains the same....consistently excellent. As a New Yorker, who used to walk into Chinatown for lunch, the authenticity of the food rings true. It is a jewel for us to have both of the Shanghai restaurants in Chesterfield.

Best food and great service!! The food is "always" hot and fresh - ready in 15 minutes or less. . . and the delivery is great too! .... we live in SummerLake but they deliver here and it's been wonderful! I will be back !!

Some of the best Chinese food I've ever eaten !!
I have traveled extensively around the world and have sampled Chinese food from China Town in Soho, London to the street markets of Singapore. The food at the Shanghai ( eaten in or taken out ) is outstanding and right up there with the very best of them. An oasis for the Chinese food lover on the Southside of Richmond VA. Enjoy !!
